Orders are sent to UK addresses by Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded Delivery or by Courier.

Overseas retail orders are usually sent by Air Mail.


Orders are usually despatched on the same day whenever possible, or the next working day after payment has cleared.


If you think that an item you have received from us is faulty, please contact us. We might ask a few questions just to ensure it is a fault with the item and not another problem that we can help you to resolve.

If the item needs to be returned to us please contact us via our website contact form.

Please send the item(s) back by a ‘signed for’ delivery service (e.g. Recorded Delivery) and include your name and address and proof of purchase in the package so that we can identify the parcel. Please also send us the tracking reference so that we can monitor the progress of the return.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, you may include a copy of your postage receipt if you wish.

If we receive a return from you, we will contact you concerning the item within 5 working days.


You must contact us within 28 days of your order if you wish to enquire about a refund.

If you want to claim a refund because of non-delivery, please be aware that Royal Mail will will not consider an item “lost” until at least 15 working days have passed. This means that we cannot chase Royal Mail until after this period of time has elapsed, and we cannot process any refunds before we have received a reply from Royal Mail.

If you have returned an item to us for testing, and we determine that the item is faulty, we may:

send a replacement to you free-of-charge
offer a refund for the original purchase price you paid for the item

If we are offering a refund for a faulty item we will email you to ask which of the above options you prefer. If you do not respond to our email within 48 hours, we will decide and process the replacement or refund at that time.

On any other items for which you wish to receive a refund, a 20% re-stocking charge will apply.


If you wish to cancel an order before you have received notification that your order has been despatched please send us an email, referencing your Order Number and with CANCELLATION in the email subject line. We will confirm cancellation by email, and refund your payment promptly.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.

If you wish to return a sealed order within this seven day period, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Your card will be debited with the ‘Total Amount’ shown when you click the ‘Pay for Order’ button. This will be refunded if your offer is refused.
